Bagsamoré offers a small number of secure drop-off options for clients who prefer an in-person handover. These include trusted partner locations and our Redfern studio, with all handbags transported to the studio for assessment and restoration.
All drop-offs are arranged by appointment only to ensure a considered and seamless experience.

Our Redfern studio is available for clients who wish to drop off their handbag directly. Studio appointments are reserved for restoration assessments and confirmed drop-offs and pick ups only.

Please notify Bagsamoré in advance of your intended drop-off date and time so the team at our partner location can be prepared for your arrival.
Your handbag should be securely packaged in a sealed box or postage satchel, ready for transport. Please include your name either inside or clearly labelled on the package.
Once your item has been dropped off, the team will notify us that it is ready for collection. From there, we take care of the rest.
Upon arrival at our studio, your handbag will be assessed and the proposed work confirmed. An invoice will then be issued prior to restoration commencing. You will be notified once your handbag is complete, and return delivery will be arranged directly with you.
